Rob came out to me in Folkestone as I had an emergency leak coming from my bathroom that was soaking the carpet in my bedroom. Rob found the source of the leak straight away, thoughtfully cleaned and dried the area, then replaced all the old mastic to ensure the bath/shower were now water tight and leaving my bathroom looking brand new! I have used Empro three times so far. Their prompt service coupled with a great standard of work and fair pricing keeps me coming back. These men were fantastic . They came out after octopus mucked up our boiler while fitting a smart meter . Rob came out after hours had it diagnosed within 10 minutes, ordered part and back out early on the Saturday to fit . Polite . Genuine . I was very pleased with the replacement water pump, which was installed to replace my faulty one. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently by Rob. I also had an issue with my boiler a month later. This was also repaired to my satisfaction by Will and Rob. Thank you Empro Plumbing
