I was very pleased with the replacement water pump, which was installed to replace my faulty one. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently by Rob.
I also had an issue with my boiler a month later. This was also repaired to my satisfaction by Will and Rob.

Because we were away on holiday at the time our neighbours had to let Rob from Empro Plumbing in on an emergency call out. Our home was totally flooded with water above the carpeting everywhere. Rob identified the problem , stopped the what was a very fast flow of water and with help of our neighbour removed the carpeting to reduce the damage being caused by water running through the floor into the ceilings in the flat below. He further reduced the water damage in the ground floor flat by putting holes in their ceiling above the bath to steer the water into it. I cannot thank Rob enough for his quick thinking, experience and work ethic. 5* are not enough.

Rob replaced our toilet and we now have a lovely working one! He was efficient and polite and cleared up afterwards. Price was reasonable too. Becka in the office was also helpful! Will use again for future plumbing issues.

Rob and colleague fixed my boiler issue immediately after all other engineers couldn’t identify the problem. They were round within the hour, called me to communicate they were on the way, listened to me carefully to understand the problems I’ve had, came round and diagnosed the issue, then 2 days later came back with the parts and fixed in 10 minutes. I can’t rate this company enough for their knowledge, skills, service and overall attitude and care. They will be my go to for everything now. Thank you guys for making a difficult week better and getting me out of a bind.
