For emergencies we will aim for an engineer to be with you within 4 hours. For non emergency work, we aim to be with you within 24 hours.
Yes, we can deal with your tenants, letting agents, managing agents or other as long as we have confirmation from the property owner to do so. You can add multiple contacts when you first join to make things easier.
You must pay the first £60 for any claim. Think of it similar to an excess, you pay the first £60, anything more than this we cover through your plan.
No call out fee for your annual service.

When we service your boiler we will be checking the entire system to ensure it is safe and in good working order.
We will check for water leaks, correct gas ratings, efficiency of boiler, boiler controls, safety devices and more.
We will be more than happy to bleed and balance your system too if it required.
Our boiler services usually take place between March and September. When you sign up to one of our plans, we’ll be in touch to let you know which month you’re scheduled in for. When your service is due, our team will be in contact to fix a date and time that suits you.
Your HomeCare policy starts on the day your application is accepted. However, there is an initial 30-day period where you cannot make a claim. This is to prevent claims on pre-existing problems and to keep premiums low.

Prices vary from £9 per month up to £35 per month with Empro HomeCare. We work out premiums based usually on age of boiler and condition. Older boilers pose a highier risk of needing a repair and parts are usually more expensive.
